Our store is conveniently open on Mondays to Saturdays from 10 AM to 6PM. We are closed on Sundays, except for the first Sunday of every month when we are open. Is the collection in store the same as online?
Mostly, yes. In the store we sometimes offer limited collections from local designers that aren't available online and are hard to shop (eg. taxidermy). If you have a question about availability, don't hesitate to contact us.

Is it easy to park near the store?
Parking in Antwerp is only available in the underground parkings. The closest ones to the store are Oudaan, Kammenstraat or Groenplaats. Parking prices tend to be high in the city, so you might want to look into using one of the P+R parkings outside the city and travel by tram

Is the store wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the store is wide enough for a wheelchair to comfortably look at our products. Our staff is always willing to help you out if you need it. We also have one larger fitting room and are always willing to give you the privacy you need in our closed off stock room if the larger fitting room should be too small.

Can I reserve items to pick up in the store?
If you want to save the shipping costs, you can choose the 'Pickup' option while ordering your favorite products. Your order will wait for you in store for the next 7 calendar days. You can come pick it up during our opening hours.
